About the Role
A leading retail group in Dubai is currently expanding its customer support team and is looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to start their corporate careers in the UAE, offering comprehensive training and a clear path for growth.
What You Will Do
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Resolve basic customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to the shift supervisor.
Update customer records and accurately log daily interactions in the CRM system.
Support the sales team by providing product information to potential clients.
Who Can Apply
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience. Freshers with strong communication skills will be prioritized.
Skills: Excellent spoken and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
Visa Status: Must be on a Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa and ready to join immediately.
Salary and Benefits
Starting Salary: 3,500 – 4,500 AED / Month (Depending on interview performance).
Benefits: Standard UAE labor law benefits including medical insurance, annual paid leave, and a flight ticket home every two years.
