Our ideal candidate is comfortable in both Linux and Unix environments and has experience with OS and Network tuning. This individual will work in a team environment with alongside other Software Developers, Financial Engineers and Traders.

Background Required:
• 5-7 + years experience with C++.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
• Good understanding of network systems (TCP/IP, UDP, IP multicast).
• Experience developing robust, high performance, low latency solutions.
• Experience with real-time multithreaded applications.
• Demonstrated expertise with OO concepts and pattern.s
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Experience or familiarity with the trading industry is essential.

@infinium, I was looking at your post, you mention that you have competitive salaries, do you think you could PM me with information regarding what exactly your salaries and benefits are? I only ask because I am looking for a job in this field, but I have a family and need to know how your software engineer jobs stack up against your competitors.
