I search personal c++ tutoring via skype for myself.

Background:
- numerical mathematician; C++ programming with MPI, OpenMP, BLAS for 7 years
- so far, only using command line; programs with many hpp and one cpp file
- bought new powerful computer; want to learn fully utilizing it

What I want to learn:
- installing a suitable open-source IDE in Linux Ubuntu for the following.
- easy and performant live code debugging (as in Matlab, via break points)
- easy creation of GUI via drag and drop.
- easy installation of add-ons and these libraries: OpenBLAS, ROCM. Utilizing them in hello-world BLAS program (solve many small dense A_k * x_k = b_k in parallel over k.)
- interactive use of keyboard and mouse, e.g. to implement Snake or AngryBirds or zoom into location of a function plot
- modular compilation to shorten compile times
- GUI-browsing a file that is run from within my program: for instance, I have a compiled root solver. The user supplies a file "bla" with template<typename T>T func(const T& x){return exp(x)-2;}. My program starts, a GUI opens, the user browses to "bla", and my code computes x=0.30102999566 .
- I want to learn all of this in a short period of time.
