If you want more traffic, at least have the website in top-notch shape. It's setup like a generic website that a person exists out from as soon as they enter. English Grammar on the site also isn't that great.
You should get anchored in Youtube, make videos on similar issues your website does. If your videos are in line with popular trends, well produced, and titled correctly, you'll likely have at least a small following before you know it.
