Search Engine Developer (C/C++, Perl)
The client of Coberon is a successful and fast-growing Russian Internet company.

Responsibilities
• Developing Search Engine in C/C++ and Perl.
• Delivering good clean fast code that thinks a few moves ahead
• A disciplined approach to design/architecture, development, documentation and maintainability
• Self-management in the code-test-debug cycle
• Co-ordination with other team members, partners and external stakeholders through documentation and discussion

Requirements
• 2+ Commercial development experience using C/C++ or Perl
• An understanding of software design and architecture as well as the ability to render designs in code
• Experience with source control (e.g. CVS, Subversion)
• Experience with Unix platforms
• Multithreaded system development
• Network and Low level C++ programming skills
• FastCGI protocol knowledge is a plus
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent studies
