We are looking for a developer to help build a new real-time bidding platform. This individual should be located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

NOTE: We are looking for individuals located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex only. We are also not interested in hearing from recruiters or contract shops.

Required Skills:

- C/C++ experience
- Working knowledge of Linux
- Experience with UNIX system programming, multi-thread concurrency
- Expertise in data structures, data mining, map reduce, algorithms, optimization and large scale data processing
- Familiarity with web services, and API design
- Experience developing highly available, fault tolerant online server systems
- Strong communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills

Desired skills:

- Ruby experience
- PostgreSQL
- Background in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or Mathematics
- Familiarity with RoR, Rack, Gentoo
- Experience as open source contributor
- Online advertising industry experience
- Speak any foreign languages
