Our client is making a large investment in growing the Equities business over the coming years. The business’ goal is to be a top player in equities in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Not only do they want to greatly enhance the execution capabilities within each region, but they want to be able to provide a best of breed cross border trading product to service global clients with global execution.

Responsibilities

As a senior C++ developer, you would join an established, global team developing multi-asset, algorithmic trading solutions. You would focus on extending the algorithmic offering and be responsible for the development and maintenance of equity algorithms as well as working on the underlying frameworks.

Requirements

• Strong C++ skills on Unix/Linux (minimum 3-5yrs).
• Experience working on high performance, low latency multi-threaded trading systems is a plus.
• Experience of algorithmic trading within equities, or options a plus.
• Experience with low-level C++ or code optimization a plus.
• Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or other analytical field.
• Knowledge of real-time market data and/ or FIX order routing a plus.
