CFM has specialized in developing trading strategies based on a global, quantitative approach to financial markets. CFM's methodology is to rely on the in-depth statistical analysis of terabytes of financial data for asset allocation, trading decisions and order execution.

Dedicated research on the statistics of financial instruments and development of systematic trading strategies are carried out at CFM by a team of Ph.D's and a team of IT and Data specialists. Position:

Due to further expansion, CFM is looking to reinforce its Operations team and recruit a Software Engineer. Based in Paris, the position will involve actively participating in the following tasks:

- Development of new functionalities for the management of: liquidity, assets, client information, trading pools, captial actions, securities lending, margins, etc.
- Implementation, maintenance and optimization of operational risk control applications
- Maintenance and optimization of market risk calculation applications (VaR, numerical calculations)
- Participation in the production environment and coordination with our counterparties

Ideal Candidate:

- Engineering degree or university equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in development, or a demonstration of equivalent, or superior, capacity in software development
- Strong interest in IT, capacity for analysis and knowledge of C++, Java, php, SQL/Oracle
- Knowledge of multithreaded and real time development scenarios
- Adaptable, independent and responsible team player
- Proficient written and spoken English
- Familiarity with financial markets is not an obligation
