Looking for a part time developer with MS Visual 6.0 C++ and MS .Net experience.

Someone that could explain the pro's and con's of moving a 6.0 C++ project to .Net
and would be interested in assisting me with this project.

It is my understanding that .Net can accommodate C++ and that .Net C# or C++ code
could be used from that point.
