Dedicated research on the statistics of financial instruments and development of systematic trading strategies are carried out at CFM by a team of Ph.D's and a team of IT and Data specialists. Position:
Due to further expansion, CFM is looking to reinforce its data team and recruit a Software Engineer. Based in Paris, the position will involve actively participating in the following tasks:
- Developing trading automats in a real time – low latency environnement
- Working closely with researchers to integrate their models and improve system’s performance
- Working in a highly technological quantitative trading environment with large amounts of high-speed secured data in a constantly evolving domain
Ideal Candidate:
- Masters degree
- Strong analytical and programming skills
- Experience with software development in C/C++, Python, SQL/Oracle (Unix and Windows environments)
- Knowledge of financial market
- Fluent written and spoken English and/or French (both is a plus)
- Adaptable and rigorous, capable of working in a quickly evolving environment
- Team player with attention to detail and a capacity to deliver
