What's the Opportunity? 
Principal C++ Software Engineer (Linux) for a brilliant software business in the area of real time streaming data analytics and big data who work with advanced software solutions that break the mould. Currently there is a highly experienced existing product engineering team in AGILE development - the team is growing due to the company diversifying into new markets and verticals in the area of data analytics allowing enterprise clients achieve the highest levels of performance from their IT systems as well as extracting data to drive business in the now. They are looking to appoint experienced senior C++ programmers to work on the design and development of a streaming analytics platform that identifies and tracks messages, transactions and performance in real-time across a broad range of enterprise data protocols.

What do I need? 
To be considered you will have a primary degree in technology / computer science and have over 8 years’ experience in software engineering within a product environment using c++ on Linux in high-performance systems and multi-threaded application development. You will have excellent English and really good communication skills and be a team player. It would be advantageous if you also have: Python, Java, IP Networking, AGILE and SCRUM experience, STL, Linux-based development environments, including tools like gdb, wireshark and valgrind; Boost, Hadoop, Splunk, Oracle, Elasticsearch, MongoDB
