Function description:
As Software Development Engineer, you will be involved in the further extension and improvements of the LMS Imagine.Lab product family.
You will work in the LMS Imagine.Lab PPP team in the context of the new project «Accelerate System Synthesis 2.0 supporting SDPD».
You will participate in the specification, design, development and validation of new features of LMS Imagine.Lab products (Ameplot, 3D animation, Scripting APIs, AppDesigner) as well as maintenance of these products.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and maintenance of LMS Imagine.Lab software components.

Key tasks:
Analysis & design, starting from functional specifications
Development and optimization of code implementation of numerical algorithms for existing and new analysis methods
Coding and testing, including development of automatic test routines
Writing documentation for the developed code
Integration testing and bug-fixing

Specific technical competencies:
Proven skills in Qt, OOP concepts and designs
Programming experience with C++ and with Python
Software engineering skills with strong knowledge of Component-Based design
Languages: good knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
