I'm an estimator in the heavy construction industry. Actually, I'm in a very unique segment of the construction industry.

I'm looking for someone to develop software that can perform quantity takeoffs. Basically, figure out how much steel area on a bridge.

Similar software would be On-Center OST, Active Takeoff or Plan Swift.

No software exists in my market. This software has to potential to do extremely well.

Ultimately, I'm looking for the programmer to come on board as an equity partner and to further develop the software into a suite of other tools needed in my industry.

Ideally, I need someone in the United States. I'd like to be able to sit down and have a coffee with someone to get over everything.
