A C++ Development Team Leader/Manager with hands on C++ coding experience required to join a prominent organisation based in Central Birmingham.

The C++ Development Team Leader/Manager will be expected to have previous experience programming C++ and have mentored individuals or lead a team of developers in the past.

In this role you will lead a team of software developers developing code and configuring bespoke web applications for new and amended products. The successful candidate will be technically adept and ideally would have previous experience leading a team.

This would suit a candidate who has mentored team members but is looking for an opportunity to progress into management as well as a seasoned manager due to having multiple roles currently.
