Market leading software house is seeking a skilled Senior C++ Developer to lead a small team in architecting, design and developing a new rendering engine for the next generation of their flagship software. The company provides highly technical training simulation solutions for a range of companies and government organisations, including F1 teams and the MoD.
This is a hands-on Senior C++ Developer role where the majority of your time will be spent writing your own code. Working across the full development lifecycle, you’ll utilising C++ in a Windows environment alongside OpenGL and QT or MFC for the GUI.

Requirements:
· Ability to write complex, maintainable and scalable software
· Experience with 3D Graphics software – ideally OpenGL but will also consider DirectX experience
· Familiar with GUI development using QT or MFC
· Good understanding of mathematical concepts
· Excellent communication skills, ability to lead a team
· Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science
