Panther recruitment is seeking an instructional systems designer to analyze, plan, design, and develop instructionally effective, innovative, and highly interactive instructor-led, web-based, elearning, and multimedia learning and human performance solutions for both government and industry.

Requirements:
Masters degree in Instructional Design/Technology, Training and Development, Adult Learning Theory or related field with a minimum of 5 years of ISD experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience working as an instructional designer developing creative, innovative, and effective learning and human performance solutions, which are instructionally sound and grounded in learning theory.
Ability to design and develop Section 508 compliant and SCORM conformant instructional content for various LMS/LCMS/CMS
Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills for the purpose of project management documentation development, content and curriculum development, editing, and workplace communication.
Ability to absorb complex content quickly while working efficiently and effectively.
The main responsibility if this role will be to create learning objectives, learning strategies, reusable learning objects, evaluation metrics, storyboards, analysis and design documentation, instructional media design packages, course/content maps, and sequencing and navigation strategies.
