I am 14 but i learn very quick. For example I learned to use blender by age 10. I will pay but only a quality learning setup ( beginers, intermediate, hard). My first goal in c++ once ive been tutored is to make an mmorpg similar to warcraft
That is a far fetched goal but its a GOAL.

I have extensive experience in tutoring children, high school students and college level students in C++.

I myself am a 3rd year College student who has been programming since the age of 13.

I charge only $9/hour and since you're only 14, if we do more than one hour (say 3 hours) I will only charge you $15 for the whole session.

So you charge 9$/hr for 1 hour and after that 15$/hr since they are younger?

$15 if you are 14 years old or younger no matter how long the session is.

If you are in college or university, $9/hour.
