I am a programmer of eight years, C++ programmer of six years. I have helped several students in the past in beginner level courses and have taught C++ to some hobby programmers.

I can help by providing the following things:
Clarifications about C++ and programming in general
Clarifications about what an assignment wants -- sometimes
(sometimes those clarifications can only come from your instructor!)
Guidance on completing an assignment or project
Tips on studying
Tips on how to improve your coding generally
Resources such as websites, books, tutorials, guides, manuals, and examples

I CAN NOT AND WILL NOT DO ANY OF YOUR WORK FOR YOU! - not even a little!

If I do not feel confident that I can help you I will recommend you find help elsewhere.

My rate:

I usually ask that payments are made at the end of every week. I charge
$10/hour; one question usually takes around 5-10 minutes based on complexity. In addition to the hourly rate I also ask for $5/week as a retainer fee -- I do pay extra attention to my email when someone I work with might be looking for my help.

In total it only amounts $10-$20/week for most people.
