Requirements Analysis – Understand high level requirement & Support project team in Requirement analysis / gathering / definition and documenting.

Experience in Windows based application development in C++, No GUI development.



· Architecture / Design of projects

· Review design / code etc

· Designing Software for Medium to Large level of systems

· Shall be able to guide engineers for preparing the Software Architecture, SDD

· Shall be able to support multiple projects

· Solving teams technical queries, help team in design

· Client interaction as per project needs

· Understand client expectation

· Change Management

· Release Management

· Responsible for identifying risk identification and risk mitigation

· Pre Sales activities - Project proposals (SOW etc)




Required Skill Set



Experience in Windows based application development in C++, No GUI development.

Should have good understanding of Object Oriented programming

He should be able to produce an architecture/high level design of the system, with which tech leads should be able to clearly visualize the system and implement.

Real time design activity

Experience on PC base applications

Should be able to optimize applications for given platform.

Experience of working on at least 2 big projects

Project Estimation Methodology

Knowledge on Micro-controller & processor based development

Grasp on estimation techniques

Working knowledge of Design Patterns

UML or similar modeling language design experience
