Key requirements:
· At least 5 years of experience managing a test team
· Proficiency in test architecture, design, and implementation
· Proven ability to hire and retain a strong and healthy team
· Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality software on time
· Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at once
· At least 4 years previous experience developing code in C# and/or C++
· Strong English-language verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to negotiate with other teams and partners, including vendors
· BS CS degree or equivalent (MS/PhD would be a plus)
