Forgive me if this type of topic is deemed 'uncouth'
But does any one know a good place to learn how to program an 'ANN'. specifically a perceptron. I've decided to begin work on a more complex c++ project, and this is kind of key for programming an ai... I understand how AI searches work, specifically the hill climbing technique, but I need to learn how to do the forementioned as well. Any help would be splendid :)
