C++ FOR WINDOWS 7

TO ALL THE NETIZENS AND CODERS,
Could some one please give me advice/link on a good turbo c++ versions on windows 7(with or without Dosbox).All the versions i have has a keyboard/mouse stick bug(keyboard or mouse does not respond at times).PLEASE HELP ME.

Borland Turbo C++ compiler is extremely outdated and is not supported (last version came out in 2006). It has numerous bugs, doesn't support latest C++ standard and will stay that way forever. Pick something alive like MSVC 2010 or MinGW (With Code::Blocks or Bloodshed dev C++)
