Finally, i came onto a IDE that i understand. And is quite easy to code in too.
I agree that it does not have any code completion options like in code::blocks. But man code::blocks is so hard to please. I tried like 9 times to get the hello world program to run. And I write software as a hobby. SO u can guess, how hard it really is for an oldie like me(Who is trained in using Turbo C++ 3.0) to get a compiler and IDE that is completely operational and yet easy to code in.
Visual C++ is indeed the best IDE that i have seen out there.
And i have tried using everything from Eclipse(with that workspace concept) to Bloodshed which i could not tolerate for more than 1 hour.
SO, Microsoft Visual C++...: JAI HO!
P.S. : I do not mean to hurt anyone who uses any of these compilers. I am just saying that these were infinitely hard for ME as a person to understand. If u can understand them and use them and love them, then its a well and good for all of you!
