Load Dll

I must load some function and an object from one Dll file !
I've not header file , there is a way for do it?
Must I create my header file knowing DLL object and function?

Thank you , I've already tried , the problem is that I would to load an object from dll .
I've red that for get a funcrion I must use loadlibrary and GetProcAddress but for load an object form a dll someone know how do it?
