The "newest edition of C++" is named C++11, the C++ standard of 2011. C++ is a language, not a software.

The link above contains a command line compiler which supports C++11 quite well.

You mean MS-DOS graphics? It still has the OpenGL library for real graphics.

Otherwise, what do you mean by "graphics"?

oki.....can u tell me how to pass a charater type variable to outtext() function in turbo c++,
or anyother function through which i can print a charater variable in graphics i-e set its font size,style etc...
