Rebuilding...

I made a program on another computer but I don't have the computer or the main files for the project and I wanted to get them back because it doesn't work any more. I am currently rebuilding it but I've never done that before. Does rebuilding really work and if so how long would it take to rebuild a file that has 8845 lines?

er... what do you mean by rebuild?

compiling a 9000 line file doesn't take very long at all... but you said you don't have the file? How are you going to compile what you don't have? I must be misunderstanding.
