I want to distribute it for now, (for free). Also the code will most likely be with it for now, but later on when it is completely done I want to not have the code with it
If you're going to close the source later, I recommend that you don't open it in the first place. Changing a licence for a more restricting one is not generally well looked upon in the OSS community. It's expected that a source should either be available forever, or not at all.
