I am a begginer, but I figured that people that answer on here might be more (or now that I think about it less) likely to know this. I downloaded NetBeans recently, and think the GUI developer is really cool. I was wondering if ther is a GUI developer for c++ so I don't have to wait to learn to type it out. I use codeblocks, so if it's like there's one in an IDE, please don't scoff, like I said im a beginner (actually i'm 13 i'm doing this for fun[it is fun though])
