Hi all,

I have given a task to develop a plugin.
I have never ever created a plugin.
I need help in getting started to develop a plugin.

Any help or pointers needed, please....

great, a plugin, that is very descriptive, a plugin for what exactly? are you sure this is the right forum?

plugins for whatever program have their own specific calls and API to let the main program handle them properly, so we do need more info than just 'plugin'

Well, I have been given a task to develop a plugin to download a media file from server using http protocol.

But i dont know how and where to start? So, it was a general query about how do we make plugins.
