C++ Icon

How do I change the icon of a C++ project I made? Don't give me solutions that involve Visual Studio please, as I use Code::Blocks.

[EDIT::] For some reason i dont understand what to do, when it says "Make a new file" does it mean a new class or project or what?
and how do i add it to my project?
