LOOKing for Co-programmers for macro keys program

Basically I have the idea of allowing any keyboard to be used for macro keys. instead of purchasing a special keyboard or an add-on, simply turn the numpad into a macro keypad; simply put numlock on for example and the numpad becomes a macro keypad.

I would appreciate feedback and help. I am looking to make it a profitable program somehow but if not then simply doing it for it's utility is fine for me.

this is not a job because i can not pay you; if we do it for profit there will be profit distribution amongst the team.
