c++11 compiler compatible with dev-c++

I am currently working with dev-c++, and I realy dont want to switch to some other IDE, but I do want to use c++11, which the built-in compiler in dev-c++ does not support. I don't know if I can change the default compiler, or even which compiler to use! Please help!
OK, should I pick minGW or TDM-GCC??
bump
I tried to download both versions(of course I downloaded the second after I uninstalled the first), but neither worked! There was a message "Dev-c++.exe has stopperd working. For help.. . yaddayadda yadda"
help!
You should really consider moving to another IDE. Some people may still be working with Dev, but it's mostly abandoned.
what IDE could I use, and firstly, why doesn't the orwell update even start on my computer?

what IDE could I use

Eclipse CDT, Code::Blocks, NetBeans, no IDE at all (works surprisingly well for smaller projects).

Also QtCreator if you're planning on developing Qt applications,
or
Visual Studio if you're using windows.

why doesn't the orwell update even start on my computer?

No idea, ask that Orwell guy.
minGW is the way to go for a C++ compiler my friend
OK, tnaks I've maneged to do it by deinstalling the whole previous de-c++. thjanks!
