Can I run a program on system background?
(Suppose I have made a timer & I want it to start when computer starts & end when pc is shut down ,automatically)

There is a dedicated API to get time interval from when computer boots, so a program for this purpose is useless.

Anyway, to run automatically a program even before a user is logged in you need to use a windows service.
