Can't create new project

Every time i try to create a new project in Visual Studio it gives me an error saying "The project file cannot be loaded. Root element is missing. C:\Users\Nima\AppData\Local\Microsoft\MSBuild\v4.0\Microsoft.Cpp.Win32.user.props"

I got my copy of Visual Studio Ultimate 2010 from MSDNAA in-case any of you are wondering.

I didn't have this problem b4, but then i did a fresh install of windows two days ago, and I started having this issue. thx in advance

Reinstall Visual Studio into the same directory it already is in. The windows registry no longer shows where the program is, so doing this, will re-input the data to the registry.
