Inserting code into Word

Hi There,

I am trying to post code into Microsoft Word. The program I have is quite long. I tried to copy past and insert text into document, but all it gave me was a lame looking Word document. I need the code to look professional like, for example, the code feature you have here for posting messages. How do I do that, knowing that I am using Code Blocks and Windows XP.
