How to translate C++ to Raptor

I recently took a course on Raptor and C++ language , however it seems like Im stack with this code. I have created a program on Raptor but when I translated it into C++ , I could not get the same result that I need.

SO I tried to write the program in C++ But I need help with translating C++ into raptor.
