We need more details. What is your platform? What is the game engine? What do you mean by "insert bmp"?

I've never heard of it, but Google says it is an SNES game.

If you want to program your own SNES rom image then you should be aware that you are jumping into the deep end of the pool. If you and your friends are serious about it though, check out this site:

Be aware that Nintendo is most decidedly unfriendly towards SNES emulators and homemade roms.

It appears that you are legal so long as you don't use their copyrighted code. It is technically legal to emulate IF you can go to the closet, pull out your SNES console and the game cartridge and play it that way.

Good luck.

I think he's talking about an old online game from the late 90's where you drive around in a 2d tank blowing up enemy base's. And if so , i'd reccomend you start with vb instead.
