template problem

I have recently installed a template for visual studio 2010 express that didnt work. I have deleted the original files for the template but they still appear under templates when I create a new project. Can anyone tell me how I can remove them. Thanks. Also I have read to use devenv.exe in Visual Studio Command Prompt but I dont appear to have it????
