Please help with some errors

ok I am really confused with this program.I have edited it so many times trying to get all of the errors. please help!I cant find where my errors are. If someone could please help me or kind of hint at what i did wrong i would really appriciate it.

employeeNumber is undefined, compiler error should tell you about this. You probably meant employee_number.
