Parsing XML

Hi, everybody!

I'm looking for XML parser that fully supports XSDs and XML 1.0 . It should be able to report any errors found. And what's most important - I need to be able to release my software using the parser under GPL. It is better if I can release it under any license but I must be able to release my software under GPL.

I'de done some googling but anything I found didn't met all the criteria. Some of them didn't allowed me to release my software under GPL, some of them had some parsing errors and some of them didn't supported XSDs.

So thanks for reading and I'm going to wait for recommendations,
