An interesting question?

I am on a Mac using Netbeans 7.0. I was wondering how I could use SFML. There aren't any instructions for Netbeans on the website. Please give simple, detailed instructions on what to do and how to find it, because Im new to programming. Thanks for all help.

PS: Do I have to compile anything first? If so, what and how?

EDIT: I already downloaded the library, just don't know what to do with it now.

I can't imagine that installation would be so different on Netbeans that the instructions for other IDE's wouldn't be helpful...
