CS/CIS

Hey everyone,

I'm considering getting a degree in CIS. I'm very interested in programming and it seems like CIS has that. I've been looking at the class differences and it seems like CS has more math but basically that looks like the only difference. Here's a list of courses from a local CIS program:

but it looks like from this local university that there aren't really any general courses involved and it's mostly about programming:

What's the difference between CS and CIS and will I be able to get a programming job easily with either degree? What is y'alls experience?
Thanks in advance!
