another one, I use Dev- c for my compiler, if I can make the program a GUI form? in because the computer that I have not able to Install Vissual C. I have the computer speak is still lacking,,, Understandable because I was a schoolboy.

You could do, but it would be easier to use one of the many toolkits available. QT is popular. THere are many to choose from.
