Writing programs yourself is the best way to learn a language. You occasionally can learn a thing or two from looking at code of others, but it doesn't compare.

You should start with reading a book.

stop being so vague, think of a specific program you want to write, attempt it, then ask us for help. You're not going to get handouts, if you don't know C++ at all yet then look at these tutorials http://cplusplus.com/doc/tutorial/
