Do anybody know about "Image to text convertor" library or any program for same purpose like google docs.

Do you mean convert the pixel data to text (easy) or do you want to somehow "recognise" the content of the picture?

I need to capture serial number from paper voucher and feed into my application, currently i am doing this job manually and its quite frustrating...
That is way i am looking for some library or piece of code that extract text from scanned image of voucher, I tried this using Google docs upload feature, and its good. But I like to make my own application.

Yes, Tesseract results are good and its open source.
It is hosted on google code.
