Soft with all library and headers files

Hello... I have a problem that is makeing me nervous..
Everytime i want to test a code/program .. i have to search the internet for every header and library needed .. and if i add them , also there must appear some errors...I wondering , there is a soft , which it have all the headers and library files ?
I am using Microsoft VC++ 2010 Express.. With Microsoft SDK..
Any solutions ?
PS: If there are some errors on my english , sorry about that .

It sounds like your compiler is not installed properly.

The express editions don't come with all libraries that are available in the other versions.
