I have a midterm tomorrow and our professor gave us a sample midterm. I somewhat know how to do these 2 problems (they are intertwined), but I would like to know completely how to do them. If anyone could do them and kind of explain the problems a little bit it would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
