Critique my Work Hour Manager

This is one of my first projects but actually being useful to me. I would like some critic/advice on my project. Such as my coding style, how to make this more efficient, simplier, etc. Also I'm pretty new to parsing and file streaming. I never wrote any parsers before or saw any good examples of them. This project was made as a console application.

Also, I believe the word you mean is critique, not critic. I don't think critic even a verb form. I had no idea what you were talking about with your subject line.
