Database and other concerns

Hi all. Im currently doing sample bank transactions. I need to know how to create database? Im using borland 5.02 version. kindly pls help me. I do really need this to be done. Thank you in advance.

By the way. Can anyone explain what are the difference of the following?

- cout
- cprintf
- printf
- getch()
- cin

and how does this works?
- cprintf("%c", c);
- printf("%c", c);
