trying to finalize this assignment
Trying to finalize this assignment, I had gotten help but I was only given hints regarding where I should change something from lines 24-29. I did some changes to count, r, and c in that area which helped to get some passing cases, but I could only get 1/2 of test cases correct. Not sure where to go from here.
